3 Ways to Upgrade to MIUI 6 on Xiaomi Mi3

Xiaomi yesterday announced the MIUI 6 timeline for all Xiaomi devices ever sold in India. The first one in line is Xiaomi Mi3, followed by Redmi Note 4G, Redmi Note and Redmi 1S. The new MIUI 6 will bring major design changes adding loads of vibrant colors and flatter looks. Several new features including notification handling has been added as well. Wait for the OTA Update

The OTA update is scheduled to arrive very soon in India. If you are a basic user and don’t want to be bothered by flashing a new ROM and other complicacies, this will be safest hazel free way for you. Luckily you won’t have to wait too long. Xiaomi announced the update to arrive in early February and our sources state that the roll-out can start any day now. Download and Flash MIUI 6

If you are impatient and don’t want to wait for the OTA to be released, you can update yourself using your PC and some basic skills. If you think you might screw things up and don’t feel confident in flashing MIUI 6 yourself, you can always approach Xiaomi service centers.
