Chinese giant Huawei is said to be working on the next P series smartphone and it will be the Huawei P11. As per reports, the P11 will feature triple rear cameras for 40MP shots and a 24MP front camera. The company launching the camera-centric phone in partnership with popular camera maker Leica.

According to the ads posted by a digital artist at one of the company’s creative agencies in their portfolio, Huawei has been working to better its cameras over the time and now it plans to take this to a whole new level with three lenses in rear camera.

Huawei has already the partnership with Leica for earlier P series phones P10 and P10 Plus. Now, this phone is a successor to those. Popular tipster Evan Blass has revealed the key information of the upcoming flagship Huawei P-series phones in a series of Tweets that it will have a whopping 40MP camera performance.

Furthermore, according to the images, the 40MP rear camera with triple lens is said to feature 5x hybrid zoom and a brand-new sensor. Also, these optics comes with a pro night mode which is said to capture 100% more light for better night scene shots.

Up front, there is a front camera with a 24MP sensor that might have LED flash support for better low light selfies. Moreover, since the Huawei is focusing on AI in their phones, just like it did in Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, and the recent its sub-brands Honor View 10. So, the upcoming P-series flagship will also have AI-powered assist that will smartly scan the objects you are capturing and sets the right scene and mode for better output.

Huawei P10 series with Leica cameras

To recall, Huawei partnered with Leica earlier last year for its P10 series. The company introduced its P10 series with cameras engineered by Leica. The Huawei P10 and P10 plus were launched at MWC 2017 in February this year.

So, Huawei will be again planning to introduce the P11 series at the MWC 2018 in February. As of now, there is not much information is available about Huawei P11. The details regarding its chipset, RAM and storage options, battery or other features are supposed to be available soon.
