InFocus Bingo 21 with quad core processor launched in India for Rs. 5,499

InFocus Bingo 21 was launched in India today at a price of Rs. 5,499. Featuring a 4.5 inch display, a quad core processor and 2 GB RAM, the InFocus Bingo 21 expands the company’s portfolio of budget Android smartphones.

The InFocus Bingo 21 comes with some really good specs for its price. The 4.5 inch LCD display features on-cell technology, which should increase the touch response times compared to regular touch screen panels. The FWVGA resolution (850 x 480 pixels) gives you a pixel density of ~217 PPI, which is also fairly good for the price of the phone. InFocus is launching the Bingo 21 with Android 5.1 Lollipop.

In other specs, the Bingo 21 comes with a quad core Shark L (SC9830) processor and 2 GB RAM. It also comes with 8 GB internal storage with support for a microSD card. In terms of imaging, the Bingo 21 comes with an 8 MP camera on the back with support for HD recording at 30 frames per second. An LED flash is present to assist it in low light conditions. On the front, there is a 5 MP camera along with an LED flash, so you should be able to click great selfies regardless of the lighting conditions.

As far as connectivity is concerned, the InFocus Bingo 21 comes with dual SIM support. The first SIM supports 4G LTE, whereas the second SIM can latch on to a 3G network. Apart from that, there is Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio and GPS. Despite its low price, InFocus has included most of the sensors present in costlier smartphones – there’s an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer and a gyroscope. It is powered by a 2,300 mAh battery.

The InFocus Bingo 21 will beavailable for a price of Rs. 5,499 from online retailer Snapdeal. It comes in three colors – Blue, White and Orange. InFocus has listed it on its website as well, so if you are looking at your buying options, be sure to register for the first Bingo 21 sale on February 11th.
