These days, the India based manufacturer Intex is in the tech headlines every now and then for the launch of new devices. Lately, the vendor surfaced for the announcement of the Aqua Star L that is touted as the first Android 5.0 Lollipop preinstalled smartphone to be launched by a native player. Now, the firm has come up with another device called Aqua Star II that is priced at Rs 5,999.
It is emphasized that this smartphone boasts of an impressive imaging department despite its luring price tag. Well, the Aqua Star II will arrive with an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front facer onboard for attractive selfies. It is given a 5 inch display with a FWVGA resolution of 854×480 pixels and is powered by a quad core 1.2 GHz Spreadtrum SC7731 chipset teamed up with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded further by another 32 GB.
A 2,000 mAh battery powers the smartphone from within providing a decent backup to it. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat, the Intex Aqua Star II is packed with connectivity features including 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
With the aforementioned aspects, this smartphone from Intex will be a tough challenger to the other entry level smartphones that are available at such an attractive price point.
