Intex Aqua Style III with 4G VoLTE, Android 7.0 Nougat launched for Rs. 4,299

Intex today launched a new budget smartphone in the Indian market, dubbed as the Aqua Style III. It is a 4G VoLTE smartphone with a 5-inch display, quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB ROM, and 64GB expandable memory. The device has been priced at Rs. 4,299 and will be available in Black and Champagne color options exclusively from Amazon India.

Being an entry-level smartphone, the Intex Aqua Style III features basic functionality. Starting with the display, you get a 5-inch FWVGA touchscreen display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution. In terms of cameras, the Intex Aqua Style III sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, and a 5MP front-facing camera.

In terms of hardware, the Intex Aqua Style III features a quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A processor coupled with a Mali 400 GPU. This 1.3GHz processor is paired with 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal memory. The Intex Aqua Style III also offers expansion options up to 64GB using microSD card.

Coming to the software of this phone, it is a budget phone that runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone features certain pre-installed apps and optimizations from Intex.


Powered by a 2,500mAh battery, the Intex Aqua Style III is a dual SIM 4G VoLTE compatible smartphone. It features a micro USB port, a 3.5mm earphone jack, Bluetooth, and WiFi as some of the connectivity options.
