iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus Red Edition Available For Preorders In India

Apple introduced a special Red Edition of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus last month. Now, the manufacturer has made both the smartphones available for pre-orders in India. Both these smartphones can be pre-booked through Infibeam or Amazon India. Considering the Red Special Edition, the smartphone features a vibrant red aluminum finish and offered with two storage options – 128GB and 256GB.

The iPhone 7 Red Special Edition is priced similar to the standard version and has a price tag of Rs 70,000 for 128GB variant while the 256GB variant holds a price tag of Rs 80,000. Whereas, the iPhone 7 Plus Red Special Variant will cost you Rs 82,000 for 128GB variant and Rs 92,000 for 256GB variant.

According to Infibeam, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red Special Editions will start shipping from Saturday. The online retailer is also offering a flat discount of Rs 1,001 on the purchase of the iPhone 7 Red model. Whereas, Amazon India will release the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red models on Friday.

Amazon India is also offering an additional exchange discount on the new iPhone 7 Red Special Edition. By exchanging the old model, one can get a discount up to Rs 13,000 on the purchase of all-new iPhone 7 Red. In addition to the new Red special Edition, Apple has also announced the iPhone SE with upgraded storage and iPad with A9 chipset. Both these gadgets are expected to arrive in the Indian market in near future.


Let’s see if the Red Special variants can improve the sales figure for the iPhone lineup or it will see a have a mere share in uplifting the sales graph of the company.
