Lenovo today expanded its IdeaPad portfolio, with the introduction of IdeaPad A10, an Android based dual Mode notebook, First one from the Chinese manufacturer. The Notebook is capable of full 300 degree flip enabling to use the multi touch display conveniently.
Amit Chatrath, National Product Manager, Consumer Products, Lenovo India said, “The market is witnessing a surge in Android based smart connected devices as it continues to be the OS of choice across form factors. Lenovo is leveraging this platform with the A10 an affordable yet power packed device, as it offers the flexibility to address the users’ increasingly varied demands.”
The Display is 10.1 inches in size and using the flip mode, you can use it as a lap top and a stand as well. The display resolution is 1366 x 768 which is pretty good considering the price range.
The Lenovo IdeaPad A10 is powered by Cortex A9 based quad core processor (Clock Frequency unspecified) with Integrated graphics backed by up to 2 GB RAM. You can opt for up to 32 GB of SDD storage on laptop. The IdeaPad A10 weighs 1 KG and is 17.3 mm thick. Lenovo also claims that the battery life will last for up to 10 hours of usage.
Other features include integrated sound speakers, 0.3 MP webcam, Accu Type Keyboard, 1 microUSB port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, Micro HDMI, TF, Card reader and audio combo jack. for now IdeaPad A10 seems value for money touch based device which is easy to carry around and will suffice for basic usage. You can buy this dual mode laptop for Rs. 19,990 from all major retail stores.
