Lenovo Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 2-in-1 Laptops launched at #MWC2018

As the #GTUMWC2018 coverage proceeds, we find new gadgets launching at the Mobile World Congress here in Barcelona. Now, the Lenovo Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 laptops have been launched. Both are 2-in-1 convertible laptops with the Yoga 730 getting some design changes.

The Yoga lineup by Lenovo features 2-in-1 laptops that can be folded up and used as tablets. Both the laptops come with Intel processors and the Lenovo Yoga 730 comes in two screen sizes and up to 16GB RAM. You also get Amazon Alexa as well as Microsoft Cortana on the laptop.

Lenovo Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 Specifications

Lenovo Yoga 730

Starting with the Lenovo Yoga 730, the 2-in-1 laptop is the latest in line of performance laptops from the company. With a solid build, the laptop comes with a new design that makes it more comfortable to use. The device comes in two display sizes i.e. 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch, both being IPS panels with Full HD and UHD resolution.

While it misses out on Windows Hello camera, it gets a fingerprint scanner to securely log in to your computer. Coming to the hardware here, you’re getting up to 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor and up to 16GB DDR4 RAM. You can get up to 1TB PCIe SSD and GTX 1050 graphics on the 15-inch model. The Lenovo Yoga 730 also comes with far-field microphone so you can use Alexa efficiently on the laptop.

Talking about the smaller Lenovo Yoga 530 or the Yoga 730, the laptop is a smaller and more affordable variant in the Yoga lineup. It comes with a 14-inch IPS display with Full HD resolution. With as much as 16GB RAM, the device gets integrated graphics upgradable to Nvidia GeForce MX130 graphics. With up to 512GB DDR4 storage with Intel 8th generation processors. The Lenovo Yoga 530 gets up to 10 hours of battery life.

Lenovo Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 Pricing

The Lenovo Yoga 730 is priced at $879 (Roughly Rs. 56,919) for the 13-inch base variant and $899 (Roughly Rs. 58,200) for the 15-inch basic model. For the Lenovo Yoga 530, you will have to spend $549 (Roughly Rs. 35,500) for the base variant. Both laptops are expected to hit the market in April this year.
