Lenovo Z5 official images reveal bezel-less display, metal frame and glass back

Lenovo is all set to launch its latest flagship device dubbed as the Lenovo Z5 at an event in China on June 5. The company has already been teasing the flagship phone for a long time over Chinese social media. Now, another alleged render of the Lenovo Z5 has surfaced in China revealing fully bezel-less screen and front camera at the bottom. Also, the company has itself posted some press images of the phone.

Lenovo has confirmed that it will introduce its flagship Z5 smartphone with the bezel-less display at an event in Beijing on June 5. The company had long been teasing the phone through several images and camera samples, but the bezel-less screen of the phone was yet to be revealed. However, today an alleged render of the Lenovo Z5 has surfaced on Weibo showing the near bezel-less screen and the front camera at the center of the bottom bezel.

Lenovo Z5 Features

The company has also released several teaser images of Z5 that show a metal frame around the phone with antenna lines visible on the top and bottom. Another image shows a glass back, which means the phone might feature wireless charging. Also, the earpiece is not seen in the images, so the phone could use Cantilever piezoelectric acoustic system, just like the Mi Mix. Also, the bottom front camera makes it similar to the Xiaomi’s bezel-less phone. The Lenovo Z5 will be fully bezel-less with over 95% screen-to-body ratio.

If we talk about features, the phone will have an AI-powered dual rear camera setup and it will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 SoC. It was also reported earlier that Lenovo Z5 will pack a whopping 4TB storage. Further, the phone is not expected to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner as rumored earlier. The phone will have a large battery with support for fast charging, that could offer up to 45 days standby time and will allow you to talk for half an hour even with 0% battery.
