Lephone W7 With 4G VoLTE Launched In India At Rs. 4,599

Indian market is getting crowded with the entry of Chinese manufacturers and after iVoomi, another mobile maker has entered the market. Yes, Lephone has entered the Indian market by introducing W7, an entry-level smartphone. In order to make the phone compatible with the diversity in India, the manufacturer has backed the entry-level smartphone with 22 regional languages which is one of the key highlights of the entry-level smartphone.

The languages, which the phone supports include Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Dogri, Bodo, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Kashmiri, Maithili, Malayalam Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil. Urdu, and Telugu. The phone also supports 4G VoLTE and is priced at Rs 4599.

Lephone W7 Specifications

Lephone W7 features a 5-inch FWVGA display with a screen resolution of 480 X 854 pixels and 2.5D curved glass. Powering the phone is a quad-core SoC, which is accompanied with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The internal storage is further expandable via microSD up to 32GB.

W7 comes with a 5MP rear-facing camera along with a LED flashlight. At the front, a 2MP selfie shooter is equipped. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is based on 360 OS. The phone also supports Dual SIM and comes with features like 360 Security and dual apps.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and a GPS chip. The list of sensors includes accelerometer, proximity and ambient light sensors. The phone is available in Gold, White and Black color options.
