LG Fx0 Running Firefox OS 2.0 with Transparent Body Announced Officially

LG made Mozilla Firefox OS based smartphone has been launched in Japan. Well, the new smartphone has been designed by Tokujin Yoshioka, manufactured by LG and is exclusive to KDDI, the Japanese carrier. Interestingly, this Firefox OS based smartphone dubbed LG Fx0 is available only in gold variant and it is transparent. The handset is priced at JPY (50,000) and it will be going on sale from December 25 and a wider release in Japan from January 6.

By saying transparent and from the image, you will know that the smartphone’s body will reveal all its internals without having to take off the cover. Also, there is decorated home button and a Firefox logo. Though the handset has a smaller footprint than the LG G3, it borrows most of the design cues from the flagship model.

In terms of specifications, the LG Fx0 flaunts a 4.7 inch IPS display of unknown resolution and is incorporated with a quad core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor backed by 1.5 GB of RAM. There is 16 GB of inbuilt storage that can be expandable by another 64 GB using a micro SD card. The handset makes use of an 8 MP primary camera at its back with with LED flash and a 2.1 MP front facing selfie snapper as well. Other goodies include a 2,370 mAh battery and usual connectivity options along with 4G LTE and NFC.
