Even before its official launch in India on September 30, 2013, LG G2 (Quick Review) is available for pre-order on the online retail site Saholic. LG G2 has been priced at 40, 499 INR, which lies in the expected price range. The phone has been competitively priced and bears venerable specifications to justify the price Tag.

LG G2 is powered by 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad core processor backed by 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage in this variant. The storage is not expandable. This is the first smartphone with Graphic RAM or GRAM which helps you to conserve battery back up by up to 10 percent.

The display is also magnificent with 5.2 Inch diagonal length and full HD resolution. You can enjoy your multimedia files and gaming to full extent with top notch experience. The operating system employed is Android 4.2 Jelly bean.

The primary camera is of 13 MP and the camera and the volume key is present unconventionally below the camera and LED flash for convenient volume adjustment during ongoing calls. The camera comes with features like Optical image stabilization. A secondary camera of 2 MP is also present at the front for video calling.


The battery capacity of 3000 mAh and will serve the purpose well, effectively catering to the snapdragon 800 and the full HD display. This is the first phone that comes with 24 bit audio.

The price tag is less than other Snapdragon 800 phones like Sony Xperia Z1 and Sony Xperia Z Ultra available in the Indian market so far. This will definitely play to the advantage of LG G2.
