The LG G7 ThinQ launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 39,990. The flagship smartphone which has already been available globally will soon be available for purchase via Flipkart in the country.
The LG G7 ThinQ was launched back in May this year as the successor to the LG G6 from last year. LG will sell the phone as the LG G7+ ThinQ in India. The G7+ ThinQ is powered by Snapdragon 845 with 6GB of RAM, has 6.1-inch QHD+ 19.5:9 SuperBright display, is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance, and has dual rear cameras.
LG G7+ ThinQ Specifications
The LG G7+ ThinQ sports a 6.1-inch FHD+ (3120 x 1440 pixels) FullVision Super Bright IPS Display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It has a notch on top, features Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and has 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The smartphone is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance and also MIL-STD 810G certified for ruggedization.
It is powered by Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU, 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage which is expandable up to 2TB with microSD. The smartphone runs Android 8.0 Oreo with LG UX on top.
In the camera department, it has a dual rear camera with a 16MP primary camera with f/1.6 aperture, 71-degree wide-angle lens, and another secondary 16MP sensor with 107-degree super-wide-angle lens with f/1.9 aperture, and LED flash. Up front, there is an 8MP camera with 80-degree wide-angle lens and f/1.9 aperture.
It sports a back-mounted Fingerprint sensor and also has a dedicated Google Assistant button. Its Super Far-Field Voice Recognition lets you hear your voice anywhere in the room. In terms of audio, it has 3.5mm audio jack, Hi-Fi Quad DAC, and Boombox Speaker that offers double the bass of other phones. It also has DTS:X to offer virtual 3D sound.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 and wireless charging support.
