Maintaining the trend, Xiaomi opted for an official from the foreign land as its Vice President. We are proud to say he is none other than Manu Kumar Jain, current Managing Director of Xiaomi India.

While continuing in his current role, for now, he will also act as VP of Xiaomi. He will also join the elite list of Indians who occupy higher positions at multinational companies. Xiang Wang, a Senior VP replaces Hugo Barra. He is the former Qualcomm China president. Hugo Barra Left Xiaomi to head Facebook’s VR department.

His appointment may come as a surprise, but his track record justifies the decision. He started the journey with a small team in Bangalore and taken the company to greater heights in the country.
