As it can be clearly seen in the pictures, the phone comes with a very simple yet curved design, and sports a 13.0 megapixel camera. Other specifications of this device include a MediaTek MT6589 quadcore processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM. The phone will carry the PowerVR Series 5XT GPU, which would make gaming a breeze.

Apart from that, the phone is touted to come with a 5 inch HD display, which means there will be no real upgrade from the Canvas HD in terms of display. However, the highlight of this phone remains to be the 13.0MP camera, which will make it the first time Micromax launch a phone with a 13 megapixel camera. The rear camera will be able to capture pictures up to 4032 x 3224 pixels in resolution and will come with autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch to focus, Image stabilization, face and smile detection, Photosphere, HDR and 1080p video recording.

Even the front camera will be highly bumped up to a 5MP resolution. This means that the front camera will not only serve as a video-chat camera, but will be able to produce great self-portraits as well. On the software front, the phone is expected to come with Android v4.2.1 out of the box, and have a 2100mAh battery which should be good enough for one full day. The phone is tipped to be priced at 16,999 INR.

We would like to advice our readers that these specs are not official yet, and there might be slight changes in the actual device. We all are waiting for an official word from Micromax themselves.
