The Micromax canvas doodle came with a 5.3 Inch display with FWVGA( 854 X480 ) Resolution which, to be true was not a very good quality display. it is expected that this time around Micromax will offer a bigger and better display.

We have seen the rise in the number of Phablets in recent times, with new phablets coming from both big brand names like samsung (Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 and mega 5.8) and small domestic manufacturers like Smart NaMo phablet. These devices are being seen as a viable alternative for 7 inch budget tablets, most of which in true sense suffice only for general purpose usage.

It seems from the pictures above that Micromax has enhanced Built Quality, which was a feature unequivocally recognized by almost everybody in their much hyped flagship device Micromax Canvas 4. Canvas Doodle A111 also stood apart in the design department from other devices in the canvas series as It was more rectangular and square-ish compared to other devices in the canvas series. It remains to be seen how much Micromax has improved in this department

Another significant feature of Micromax Doodle and Doodle 2 is the Stylus. The stylus of Micromax Doodle was a little disappointing and didn’t really work very efficiently, hope this time around Micromax resolves this issue.

Other features of Micromax Canvas Doodle included, 1.2 GHz Quad core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4GB of internal memory extendable to 32 GB and. This dual SIM device comes with 8 MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera for video calling. The Battery capacity of 2100 mAh would last a day with low to moderate usage. on the software front it came with Android 4.2 Jelly bean Operating system.

With Samsung Gearing up for launch of its much awaited Note 3, it would work in Micromax’s favour if they can launch a commendable product to capture a big chunk of market share.
