Lenovo owned Motorola has teased the launch of Moto E4 Plus in India. The company tweeted an image of a drained battery with ‘Oops!’ written on it. The online teaser had the caption “A dead phone is the modern-day shortest horror story. We will ensure you don’t feel #Powerless again. What’s coming next?” This is a clear indication of the Moto E4 Plus with 5,000 mAh battery coming to India.
The tweet teaser went further to start a #Powerless Contest saying “Tell us how your phone’s battery died when you needed it the most! 1 lucky winner won’t feel #Powerless again!”

The Moto E4 Plus is an improved version of the Moto E4. It will be a budget smartphone and it stands out because of its massive 5,000 mAh battery.
Moto E4 Plus Specifications
The Moto E4 Plus features a 5.5 inch IPS-LCD HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It boasts a primary camera of 13MP with f/2.0 Aperture and LED flash. It can shoot 720p videos @ 30 fps. The secondary camera is a 5MP unit with f/2.2 Aperture and LED flash.
In terms of performance the Moto E4 Plus is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 Quad-Core processor. It is reported to come in two variants with 2GB RAM and 16GB Internal memory or 3GB RAM and 32GB Internal memory. Both variants will have expandable storage via SD card up to 128GB. The Moto E4 Plus is will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat Out of the box.
The phone’s key feature is the 5,000 mAh Non-removable Li-Ion battery which supports fast charging. It has Accelerometer and Proximity sensors and will be a single (nano) SIM 4G compatible phone which will be available in Gray, Gold and Blue colors.
Pricing and availability
The Moto E4 Plus is reported to be launching later this Month. The Price is said to be around Rs. 13,000. The confirmed availability and pricing will be unveiled around the launch.
