A couple of days back, Nokia Mobile India tweeted a teaser for a new gaming smartphone in India. However, it now turns out that the HMD led smartphone brand will launch the Nokia 5.1 Plus in India on September 24.

The Nokia 5.1 Plus was already announced in India back in August this year alongside Nokia 6.1 Plus. The new Nokia 5.1 Plus will be Flipkart exclusive as its landing page is also live now.

Nokia 5.1 Plus Specifications

If we talk about specs, this new Nokia 5.1 Plus coming to India is the same as the Nokia X5 that was launched in China back in July. However, in India, it comes with Android One program and promises faster software updates. The Nokia 5.1 Plus sports a 5.86-inch HD+ (720 x 1520) IPS LCD display with a notch on top. Under the hood, it has a MediaTek Helio P60 processor with a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU and 3GB RAM.
