The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a 3200mAh which is removable unlike Lumia 1520 battery and will give you ample talk time of 21 Hours of 3G and up to 420 hours of Standby time.
Note 3 fairs better in this department owing to the advantages of Non removable battery. The Nokia Lumia 1520 is the second phone after Nokia Lumia 920 which supports in built wireless charging.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with advanced S-pen which is quite accurate and feels good in hand. Various new software features like Scrape book, Action Memo, Pen Window etc, have been added to take full advantage of the S-Pen which are actually quite handy and work accurately.

Nokia Lumia 1520 will give you great multimedia experience with its big beautiful display and will give you a much better camera than Note 3. If you are not an aggressive App downloader and use the basic one, than this is the phone for you. With Samsung Galaxy Note 3 you can enjoy the best of Android ecosystem.
