Motorola India has announced the 4G variant of its Moto G 2nd Generation in India. During the Flipkart’s upcoming Big Billion Day sale, you can pre-order the new Moto G (2nd gen) with 4G LTE. The booking starts on 15th October, and during the sale you can purchase the 4G version at an exclusive price of 8,999. However, we have no idea about the price of the smartphone without the discount.
This upgrade is done looking at the high demand of the handset and the arrival of 4G in India. Apart from the 4G, the new Moto G variant also features a more powerful battery, which is 2390 mAh instead of 2070 mAh found in the 3G model. All the remaining features are the same as they were in the earlier version.
To refresh you with the specs, the Moto G (2nd Gen) features a 5-inch HD 720 x 1280p display, it is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8226) processor, coupled with 1 GB of RAM and the Adreno 305 GPU for better graphics. The second-generation Moto G features an 8 MP autofocus rear camera, and a 2 MP front-facing camera for selfies.
