To recall, Reliance Jio launched the next generation of its 4G feature phone last month. The JioPhone 2 comes with a QWERTY keyboard and a 2.4-inch display. The JioPhone 2 price in India is twice as much as that of JioPhone.

The JioPhone 2 price is Rs. 2,999 and it will be available to purchase via Jio website. Interested customers should check the availability and keep refreshing the web page due to heavy traffic. The company is providing the Jio Phone 2 plans priced at Rs. 49, Rs. 99, and Rs. 153. The handset will be shipped within 5-7 business days or customers can pick it up from a nearby authorized retailer.

The Jio Phone 2 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display. Unlike JioPhone, the Jio Phone 2 comes with a QWERTY Keypad with a dedicated 4-way navigation key just like a BlackBerry phone. The display is also larger and it is a dual SIM phone. The phone, however, still runs KaiOS.
There is 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The phone has a 2MP rear camera and a VGA camera at front. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, VoWi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and FM radio. It also has a dedicated button for voice commands that can activate Google Assistant.
