Samsung Galaxy Fame with 3.5 Inch Display and Jelly Bean available at Rs. 11,120 INR

We saw few small phones launched by Samsung at MWC 2013 and one of them has been launched in India. This one is Samsung Galaxy Fame and it comes at the price of 11,120 INR, it was spotted on the e-commerce website by Samsung. We have also done the video review of this device and the same has been embedded in the middle of the post.

As of now in the product page it will show that this device is available in 2 colors one is white and the other one is Dark Blue and both of them are not in Stock right now. But again like other e-commerce you will have provision to be notified when this product once arises back.

The screen size of this phone is only 3.5 Inches which is really small these days especially when we see all the 5 Inch phones in the same price range and the resolution of the display is 320 x 480 pixels. The phone uses Jelly Bean Operation system to be operated on and the exact version of Android is unknown yet.

The processor used in this case is clocked at the frequency of 1GHz and there is no information about the manufacturer of the processor along with the number of cores it has for its operation and again the RAM used in this case is 512 MB. All of this power parameters and then display size and type remind me of the Galaxy Star edition which has been launched recently and it has also got almost similar list of the specs.

You will have a 5MP camera at the back of the phone which will do the recording at the rate of 25 frames per second and a VGA camera in the front which is again not very much impressive, especially when we have Zen Ultrfone 701 HD, Gionee GPad 2 and others in the same price range. The battery strength of the phone is 1300 mAh which is really low and when the 3G is switched ON the battery will not last more than 6 hours.
