Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Launched With 6.3-inch Infinity Display, Dual Rear Cameras

South Korean conglomerate Samsung has just launched Galaxy Note 8 at an event in New York, USA. The Galaxy Note 8 continues the trend of a curved display with minimal bezels, but this time around, Samsung has used a 6.3-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display.

It is worth noting that Galaxy Note 8 is the first phone from Samsung to feature a dual-camera setup. Iris scanner which debuted on Note 7 along with fingerprint scanner, facial recognition, and screen locks are the options available to secure the device.

S Pen with improved functionality enhances the productivity of the phone. S Pen Stylus brought some new nifty features to the table: you can take 100-page notes straight from Screen off mode, Live messages in GIF format, etc. One of the intriguing software features on Note 8 is dual app launch from the App Edge shortcuts. For example, you can pair WhatsApp and FB Messanger and create a shortcut icon for the pair in the APP Edge. Thankfully Samsung didn’t ditch 3.5mm audio jack on Note 8.
