Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy Note 9 is all set for the launch this year in August. The smartphone has been leaked several times and we already have lots of speculations about this device related to specs, design and more. Now, a new leak has surfaced that details Galaxy Note 9 battery specs and color variants.

This latest leak about the Galaxy Note 9 came from IceUniverse, which has a great track record for leaks. As per leak, the Galaxy Note 9 is said to be featuring a massive 4000mAh battery with wireless charging. This is in-line with the previous rumors which hinted at a larger battery and display. The wireless charging is not a surprise because Samsung is offering wireless charging for all its flagship smartphones lately.

But 4000 mAh battery in Galaxy Note 9 is something which Samsung would never do unless they have something better in battery tech which is better than its previous smartphones. Coming to the wireless charging, Samsung is said to be working on a faster wireless charging technology which will charge the Note 9 faster than traditional wireless charging.

The convertible wireless charger which Samsung released with the Galaxy S9 this year comes with 9 volts and 1.67 Amp input rating. But according to the leaks, the new version of the wireless charger with model number EP-N6100 comes with an input rating of 12 volts and 2.1 Amps. This wireless charger has been certified at the FCC with this input rating.
