Samsung Galaxy On8 Launched For Rs. 15,900

After launching the Galaxy On7, Samsung today announced the launch of its successor, the Galaxy On8 in India. The device has been priced at Rs. 15,900 and will go on sale from October 2. The device will be exclusively sold by Flipkart as part of its Big Billion Days sale. The device will be available in Black, Gold and White color options.

The Samsung Galaxy On8 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device features a 5.5 inch full HD SUPER AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The device comes with a pixel density of ~401 ppi.

The Samsung Galaxy On8 is powered by an Octa core 1.6 GHz Exynos 7580 processor clubbed with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.

The Samsung Galaxy On8 features a 13 megapixel primary autofocus camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. On the front, the device sports a 5 MP secondary camera for selfies.

Like other recent Samsung devices, the Galaxy On8 comes with UDS (Ultra Data Saving) mode and S bike

The device weighs 169 grams and measures 151.7 x 76 x 7.8 mm. It is powered by a 3,300 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth and USB.
