So now Videocon has also entered this competition of phablets, specially now when Micromax and Umi are releasing the cheapest phablets in the market. So Videocon has released its contender as Videocon A-51 and it will definitely will not be among the cheapest phablets because its hardware is good enough to be placed at the price near 5000 INR.
We cannot comment anything about its price as it uses Qualcomm Dual Core Processor of 1GHz on its phablets and usually the mobile phones with such processor climb up the charts in prices. Apart from this it has got 512 MB of RAM which is again not that great so this phablet will be economical and now when everyone is putting jellybean on their phones, Videocon preferred Icecream Sandwich on A-51.
The screen size is of 5 inches with the resolution of 854 x 480 (WVGA) and with that 2000 mAh of battery strength is really not good but it still claims to provide the talk-time of 5 hours on 2G. It is Dual SIM phone with the internal storage capacity of 4GB and which can be extended up to 32GB with the help of external memory slot.
