Videocon VT71–7 Inch Android Ice Cream Tablet Launched at RS. 4799 INR

Aimed to compete with the emerging tablet market of the country which is on an unprecedented growth, Videocon has expanded its Tablet range with the launch of its latest tablet ‘VT71’ which got the Android 4.0 (Ice-Cream Sandwich) enabled and will be running on a 1.2 Ghz Processor. The Low-cost players like Micromax, Karbonn and Spice have dominated the tab market and Videocon seems like another player, which wants to have a go in this segment now.

The seven-inch tablet Videcon VT71 running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich has got a 3200 mAh battery with which you can enjoy 5 hours of Web, Video of more than 7 hours and stand by of around 15 days. This tablet got a Rectangular shape with curve edges as shown in the above pic. This tablet is 12.5 mm thick, with weight of 181 grams. Here you can observe that in the top left hand side there is a camera provide. This is a 0.3Mp VGA camera provided for basic video chatting over web., Pic and capturing videos. It got a capacitive Touch Screen of 7.8 cm (7) with 800×480 screen resolution. The screen support multi touch and the total dimension of this tablet is 191.4*115.4*12.5mm same as the average tablets available in the market. It got the Preloaded Apps like Nexgtv- to switch the television channel on the phone, Saavn- the music application , Facebook, Nimbuzz, TOI, Email outbox, Web Browser and many more.
