Just a few days after launching the Vivo V7+ in India, Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo X20 in China on September 21. The invites for the event that are being sent out to the press showcases the front and right side of the Vivo X20 smartphone.
After seeing the device image on the invites, we can say that the Vivo X20 looks just like the recently launched Vivo V7+. As per the X20 TENAA listings spotted earlier, we already know that the smartphone is going to feature dual cameras.
Vivo X20 rumoured Specifications
Well now that the invites are sent out and they clearly portrait the front and sides of the Vivo X20, we can be certain of a FullView display with minimum bezels. Various rumours have suggested that there would be two variants i.e. the Vivo X20 and the Vivo X20 Plus. It is expected that the X20 will sport a 5.2-inch display while the X20 Plus will get a bigger 5.5-inch panel with both phones coming with a full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display.
In the optics department, the Vivo X20 is rumoured to come with a dual camera setup (as shown in TENAA listings). The front camera is anticipated to be a 24MP unit just like that on the Vivo V7+.
While the difference of specifications in Vivo X20 and X20+ is not completely out yet, we expect the device to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, coupled with 6GB RAM. There is no word about storage capacity or expansion options but we may get to see 64GB internal storage with 256GB expansion option.
The Vivo X20 is expected to be powered by a 3,500 mAh battery, the standard options may include Bluetooth, WiFi, Micro USB port, and a 3.5mm earphone jack. The Vivo X20 is due for launch on September 21 in China.
