Vivo Y91 launched in India for 10,990; Check out its features

Vivo has launched a new smartphone Vivo Y91 in its ‘Y series’ in India. The mid-range phone’s key features are an HD+ Halo notch display, Helio P22 12nm processor, dual rear camera with a 13MP primary and a 2MP secondary camera for portraits, as well as an 8MP selfie camera with face unlock feature.

Vivo Y91 Specifications

The Vivo Y91 sports a 6.22-inch HD+ (1520×720 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The company calls it Halo FullView display. Under the hood, the device gets MediaTek Helio P22 12nm processor with 2GB RAM.

It packs 32GB internal memory that is expandable up to 256GB with microSD via dedicated dual SIM and microSD card slots. The Dual SIM has several connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS. It is powered by a big 4030mAh battery. The smartphone runs Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

In terms of camera, it sports dual rear camera with a 13MP primary sensor with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. It has an 8MP front camera with f/1.8 aperture. It supports face unlock feature and also sports a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Price, availability, launch offers

The Vivo Y91 comes in Starry Black and Ocean Blue colors, is priced Rs. 10,990 and is available from Amazon India, PayTM, Vivo India E-store and all offline partner outlets. Like all Vivo devices, the Vivo Y91 will be manufactured at the company’s Greater Noida facility, said the company.

If we talk about launch offers, Reliance Jio customers will get benefits worth Rs. 4,000 along with 3 TB data. Airtel customers will get Rs. 2,000 cashback along with 240 GB data. Buyers can also get an additional discount of Rs. 500 on an exchange. The No cost EMI options upto 6 months are also available.
