Xiaomi Pocophone F1 with Snapdragon 845 to Launch in India: Price, Specs

Xiaomi is reportedly working on a new smartphone series dubbed as Pocophone for some time now. Now, some recent reports claim that the first smartphone from the series dubbed as Pocophone F1 has been certified by NCC and FCC.

The price and specs of the new Xiaomi phone have also been revealed and it will be a flagship phone with Snapdragon 845, notch display and dual camera. However, the exact launch date of the smartphone isn’t confirmed, MySmartPrice citing their source Ishan Agarwal writes that the Pocophone F1 will launch in India alongside the global market.

Xiaomi Pocophone F1 Price

The report suggests that the Xiaomi Pocophone will be priced at 420 Euros (roughly Rs 33,600) for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The higher-end variant with 128GB storage is expected to be priced at 460 Euro which is roughly Rs 36,800. If the report turns out to be true, it will be one of the cheapest SD 845 phones.

The Pocophone F1 will sport a 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a notch and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The smartphone will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. The handset will pack 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options.


It will run Android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI 9 on top. The smartphone will feature a dual camera setup on the back in a vertical orientation and a single front camera. There are no details regarding camera sensors is available as of now.

Connectivity options will include dual-SIM 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n ac (2.4 GHz/5 GHz bands), GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. It will be powered by a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support.
