Alcatel 1T 10 and Alcatel 1T 7 with Android 8.1 Oreo released at #MWC2018

#GTUMWC2018: TCL Communications has launched two tablets at the MWC 2018, dubbed as Alcatel 1T 10 and Alcatel 1T 7. The Alcatel 1T 10 and Alcatel 1T 7 tablets run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, and come with a Kids mode. The tablet is fabricated keeping kids in mind and it comes with a drawing app, parental control, and Eye Care mode.

The Alcatel 1T 10 and Alcatel 1T 7 tablets will go on sale in Europe, Latin America and Asia in the second quarter of the year. The price of the tablets hasn’t been revealed yet, but the price will be available at the time of the local launch.

Alcatel 1T 10 Specifications

The Alcatel 1T 10 comes with a 10.1 inch display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The tablet is powered by a MediaTek MT8321 processor with four cores and 1.3GHz clock rate. The tablet runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with Alcatel’s customized UI skinned on top.

The tablet comes with a 5MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera, no LED flash on either side. The tablet comes with 16GB internal storage, and it is expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It comes with all the sensors and connectivity options including microUSB port. The device is powered by a 4,000mAh battery.

Alcatel 1T 7 Specifications

The Alcatel 1T 7 tablet also runs on Android 8.1 Oreo which comes with company’s customized user interface. The device comes with a 7 inch TFT display with 1024 x 600 resolution. It runs on a quad-core MediaTek MT8321A/D SoC which is running at a clock rate of 1.3GHz.

The tablet comes with 1GB RAM and has a 5MP rear camera sensor and 2MP front facing camera sensor. For storage, it comes with 8GB ROM which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The tablet comes with a 2,580mAh battery which can provide 430 hours of standby time.
