Apple iPhone SE 2 leaked in a video, looks similar to iPhone X

Apple is expected to soon launch its budget offering of this year, the iPhone SE 2. Apple doesn’t usually release a phone with “budget” word anywhere near it, but in 2016, Apple released a smartphone called iPhone SE which is kind of a budget smartphone. Now that Apple released three smartphones last year, Apple might release the iPhone SE 2 at the WWDC in June.

The leaks are already surfacing on the internet about the iPhone SE 2. A report claiming that the iPhone SE 2 will feature a 4.2-inch display which is an upgrade comapred to the 4-inch display on the previous version. The report also suggests that the device will be powered by the Apple’s A10 Fusion CPU which is the same processor Apple used in iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

The report also suggests that the iPhone SE 2 will be featuring 2GB of RAM and 32GB/128GB internal storage. The iPhone SE 2is expected to come with a bezel-less display but will not feature the Face ID, and will come with Touch ID instead. The speculations about the price of the iPhone SE 2 is that it will be priced at 4,000 Yuan in China which is approximately Rs. 41,100 in INR.

Another report from Digitimes claims that the iPhone SE 2 will be produced in the second quarter of this year. It will feature a glass back like in iPhone 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X. The iPhone will feature the same specs as the iPhone 7 which means there will be the A10 chip, 2GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage, 12MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera and 1700 mAh battery.

A video of iPhone SE 2 has also surfaced and the device looks similar to the iPhone X with notch display and dual camera setup at the back. The edges of the smartphone are not curved, these are flat just like on the iPhone SE. The size also seems to be a little different from the iPhone X. But we cannot trust these leaks until Apple release the iPhone SE 2 at WWDC.
