Centric P1 Unboxing, Quick Review, And Camera Overview

Priyanka Telecom’s sub-brand company Centric has introduced a smartphone, Centric P1 along with Centric L1, G1, and P1 Plus. Centric P1 is a budget oriented smartphone which packs decent specifications. The smartphone was launched in January this year. The smartphone comes with a 5 inch HD display, 2 GB of RAM, quad-core chip-set and runs on Android Marshmallow. The smartphone is priced for Rs. 8,000 and will be soon available for purchase. In this post, we will unbox the device and do a quick review of the device.

Physical Overview

The Centric P1 features a 5 inch HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It comes with an 8 MP primary camera and a 2 MP secondary camera.

On the back, we find the 8 MP primary camera, LED flash below that. There is a Centric branding in the center of the device

On the bottom of the back, you will see a speaker and some information.

On the bottom, there is a microphone and a micro USB port.

On the top, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Back cover is removable which gives you access to the dual SIM card slots and a micro-SD card slot. The battery is non-removable.

Display

The device features a 5 inch HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It also features the on screen navigation buttons.

Camera

It houses an 8 MP rear camera with autofocus, a single LED flash and a 2 MP secondary camera with an LED flash on the front for the low light selfies. The rear camera can shoot upto full HD videos.

Conclusion

Centric P1 comes with a decent set of specifications. Features like a 5 inch HD display, Android Marshmallow, 2 GB RAM, 3,950 mAh battery and quad core chip set makes it a decent smartphone. The huge battery is its best feature of this device and it will attract a lot of heavy users who want their battery to last throughout the day. The device 8 MP camera of the device is decent and performs well.
