Intex ELYT e6 launched in India with 4000mAh battery: Price and full specifications

Domestic smartphone maker Intex has launched another budget smartphone in its ELYT series known as ELYT e6 in India. The highlight features of the ELYT i6 are its 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, Android 7.0 (Nougat), 13MP rear and 8MP front camera with flash, and a massive 4000 mAh battery.

Intex introduced its ELYT series of entry-level smartphones just this year. The company launched the last phone in the series as ELYT e7 which had the similar features at a slightly higher price. The new ELYT e6 is priced at Rs. 6,999 and will be available exclusively via Flipkart.

Intex ELYT e6 Specifications

The dual SIM Intex ELYT e6 runs Android 7.0 (Nougat). It features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) 2.5D curved glass IPS LCD display with Dragontrail glass protection.

Powering the phone is a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with 3GB RAM. It packs 32GB internal memory, expandable up to 128GB with MicroSD. In the camera department, the phone features a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, and an 8MP front-facing camera with Flash.


Connectivity options on Intex ELYT e6 includes 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM Radio. It packs a big 4000mAh battery that the company claims to 16 hours of talk time and a standby time of about 12 days.

Price and Availability

The Intex ELYT e6 is priced at Rs. 6,999 and it will be available exclusively from Flipkart starting from December 15. The phone comes in Black color only.
