Lava Ivory Pop Launched In India For Rs. 6,299

Lava today announced the launch of its budget tablet, the Ivory Pop for Rs. 6,299. The last tablet that Lava launched was the Lava X80. It was launched in July. The Lava Ivory Pop will be available across retail stores in the country and online platforms.

Lava Ivory Pop Specs

The Lava Ivory Pop runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The device features a 7 inch HD dual TN display with a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels. The tablet comes with a pixel density of ~170 PPI.

The Lava Ivory Pop is powered by a 1.0 GHz Quad Core Intel Atom processor paired with ARM Mali 450 GPU. The device comes with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.

The Lava Ivory Pop comes with a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a 2 megapixel front camera for selfies.

The Lava Ivory Pop is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, and 3.5mm audio jack. The tablet does not support 4G LTE. It comes with voice calling facility.

The Lava Ivory Pop measures 187.9×107.8×8.8mm. It will be available in Dark Grey color option only. The tablet comes with support for 21 Indian languages. Lava has said that it will offer one year manufacturer warranty for the Ivory Pop tablet, and six months manufacturer warranty for other inbox accessories such as charger and headphones.
