Micromax Spark Go Android Go smartphone launched in India for Rs. 3,499

Micromax has launched it’s latest Android Oreo Go Edition smartphone dubbed as Spark Go in India. The key features of the budget smartphone include a 5-inch FWVGA display, a quad-core SC9832E SoC with 1GB RAM, a 5MP rear and 2MP front camera both with LED flash and a 2000mAh battery.

This is the second Android Go phone from the domestic company as they announced the Micromax Bharat Go earlier this year that came with slightly better specs like Mediatek 6737 processor and 5MP selfie camera. The Bharat Go was priced at Rs. 4,399 while the new Spark Go comes at a slightly lower price of Rs. 3,499.

Micromax Spark Go specifications

The Micromax Spark Go features a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832E processor with Mali-T720 GPU. Since it is Android Go phone, it has 1GB RAM and runs Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition. It packs 8GB storage that is expandable up to 128GB with microSD.

In terms of camera, it has a 5 MP rear cameras with LED flash and 2MP front camera with LED flash. The Dual SIM phone has connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. It packs a 2000mAh battery.


Price, availability

The Micromax Spark Go is priced at Rs. 3,499. It is available exclusively from Flipkart and comes in Silver and Gold colors. Reliance Jio offers 25GB data and 5GB additional data on a recharge of Rs.198 or Rs.299 for 5 recharges.
