Samsung has launched two new tablets in the market; Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Tab A 10.5. The Galaxy Tab S4 is more of a premium tablet and the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is an affordable version with fewer features.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 comes with Samsung DeX integration for desktop-like experience and an S-Pen inside the box. While the Tab A 10.5 comes with none of this fancy features, it comes with a kids mode though.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Tab A 10.5 Prices
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 price is set to $650 for the 64GB storage variant in the US which is approximately Rs 44,500. The 256GB storage variant is priced at $750 which is approximately Rs 51,200. The preorders for the Galaxy Tab S4 has already been started, the global availability is not yet announced. The pricing for the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is not yet revealed.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Specifications
The Galaxy Tab S4 comes with a 10.5 inches WQXGA Super AMOLED display with 16:10 aspect ratio. The tablet is powered by last year’s Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 chipset which is still powerful enough to handle up to 20 apps at the same time (Samsung claimed.) The tablet features 4GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB storage for multitasking.
The tablet comes with a 13MP sensor at the rear with f/1.9 aperture and an 8MP sensor on the front with similar f/1.9 aperture size. The storage is expandable up to 400GB via microSD card and there are two variants of the tablet according to connectivity; Wi-Fi only and LTE model. The tablet sports quad speakers which are tuned by AKG and uses the Dolby Atmos tech. The tablet features a massive 7300 mAh battery for a full day of productivity.
Galaxy Tab A 10.5 Specifications
The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 comes with a 10.5 inches TFT LCD display with 1920×1200 pixels resolution. The tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor which is paired with 3GB RAM. It comes with an 8MP camera on the rear and a 5MP camera on the front.
The only another thing in Galaxy Tab A 10.5 which is similar to the Galaxy Tab S4 is the massive 7300 mAh battery. Other than that, it comes with 32GB inbuilt storage, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and USB Type C.
