Sony Xperia XA1 With 23MP Rear Camera, 5 Inch HD Display Launched At Rs. 19,990

Sony has finally launched Xperia XA1 in India. This smartphone was earlier showcased at MWC 2017, Barcelona with couple of other Sony smartphones. It is a mid range smartphone which boast a pretty good specification. It comes with a 23 MP rear camera, narrow bezels, NFC and runs on the latest Android Nougat.

The Xperia XA1 comes in a polycarbonate body with aluminum frame on the sides. It comes bundled with a Sony in-ear headphone and three months free subscription of Sony LIV.

Xperia XA1 is priced at Rs. 19,990 and is now available across all Sony Centers and major electronic stores across the country. The phone offered in White, Black and Pink color option.

Sony Xperia XA1 Specifications

The Xperia XA1 sports a 5 inch HD (720p) LCD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone has got considerably thin bezels on the sides and comes with a pixel density of ~294 ppi.


It is powered by a Octa-core Mediatek Helio P20 chip-set clocked at 2.3 GHz and is paired with Mali-T880MP2 GPU. It has got 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of in-built storage which is further expanded up to 256 GB via a dedicated micro-SD card slot.

Camera optics include a 23 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, 24mm, PDAF, laser auto-focus, 1/2.3″ sensor size and LED flash. On the front, it has got a 8 MP selfie cam with f/2.0 aperture, auto-focus, and 1/4″ sensor size. Both cameras can record up to full-HD (1080p) videos and the device has got a dedicated camera button.

Connectivity option includes 4G LTE, VoLTE, dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C. It is backed by a 2,300 mAh battery and supports fast charging. It runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat with Xperia UI skin on top.
