Vivo Z10 with 18:9 display, 24MP selfie camera launched in India

Vivo has launched a new selfie-centric smartphone in India dubbed as Vivo Z10. The new smartphone comes with a 24MP front camera with ‘Moonlight Selfie’ flashlight, Portrait mode, and Vivo Face Beauty algorithm feature. Also, it has a 16MP rear camera, 18:9 display, 4GB RAM, and face unlock as highlight features.

This new Vivo Z10 is basically a rebranded version of Vivo V7+. The smartphone has similar specs and features to the V7+ except for the 32GB internal storage. To recall, the V7+ comes with 64GB storage. The Vivo Z10 is available at offline stores in Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu as of now.

Vivo Z10 Specifications

If we talk about specs, the Vivo Z10 features a 6-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 84.4 percent screen-to-body-ratio. It is powered by the Snapdragon 450 chipset with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which is expandable via microSD. It runs on Android Nougat.

The highlight of the smartphone is its 24MP selfie camera with aperture f/2.0, moonlight selfie flash, face beauty 7.0, group selfies and portrait mode. The smartphone sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and slow-motion recording support.


The Z10 sports a fingerprint sensor at the back which also lets you click selfies. The smartphone also supports Face unlock feature. For connectivity, it supports dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, and a micro USB port. The device packs a 3,225 mAh battery.

Price and availability

Vivo Z10 price in India is set as Rs 14,990. The smartphone is available for purchase via offline stores only in Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu. The device comes in Black, Gold, and Blue color options.

Meanwhile, Vivo is all set to launch its futuristic flagship Vivo Nex S in India on July 19. The Nex S comes with a true bezel-less display, a pop-up selfie camera and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with 8GB RAM.
