Xiaomi has started sending the press invites for an event in Bengaluru on May 11. The Chinese manufacturer is going to launch its first Mi Home Store in India. Xiaomi Mi Home Store is one of its kind store and is the first store from the company in India. This store is to celebrate the milestones and journey of the company in India.
The event is going to held in Bengaluru, where the Vice President and Managing Director, Xiaomi India will be inaugurating the store. Through the Mi Home Store, the company will be selling accessories and products which include power banks, headphones, Mi Band, Mi Air Purifier, and much more. Bengaluru will be the first city to get Mi Home Store in India and after analyzing the response from the customers, the company might open more stores in other cities as well.

Xiaomi used to market its gadgets through online platform but, from last October, the company has also entered the offline market in its home country, China. The Mi Home Store is also present in Singapore apart from China and soon the company will be introducing the store in markets like Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Xiaomi has managed to become the category of the most preferred smartphone company in the Indian market. The company entered the Indian market in 2014 and since then it has given a strong competition to the other manufacturers in an effective manner.

According to recent reports, Xiaomi topped the preferred brand’s chart for the next smartphone purchase with 26 percent share. The brands like Samsung and Apple followed. The company has achieved a total growth of 125 percent in the Indian market due to its qualitative and affordable smartphones, which was missing in the Indian market.
It will be interesting to see whether Xiaomi will also sell smartphones through these Mi Home Stores.
