Consumer electronics giant Apple inc. has reintroduced a variant of iPhone 4 which is iPhone4 16 GB in Indian market priced at 31800 INR. iPhone 4 8 GB is already available in Indian markets and is priced at Rs. 23,999 and this price is still decreasing.
iPhone 4 16 GB has a LED Backlit IPS Display with a 3.5 inch widescreen capacitive Multi-Touch display with a resolution of 960 x 640 pixels, with color depth of 16 m colors and gives you a brilliant pixel density of 326 pixels per inches. This device has a primary camera of 5MP with HD 720p video recording(30fps) and LED flash and a front VGA camera of 0.3 MP for video calling.
iPhone 4 has Apple A4 chipset with 1GHz cortex A8 architecture processor which is quite obsolete now in this price range phones. The internal memory of this variant has been doubled to 16 GB from 8 GB and is now at par with that of iPhone 5(43,490 INR). Connectivity features include Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 and GPS. Like all other Apple Smartphones it operates on iPhone OS.
iPhone 4 has dimensions of 115.2 x 58.6 x 9.3 mm and weighs 137 grams(iPhone 5 weighs 112g). It employs a 1420 mAh li-ion battery which provides you with a talk time of 7 hrs on 3G and up to 14 hours on 2G. Standby time is up to 300 hours.
iPhone 4 16GB will be soon available in various retail stores in both black and white colors. We can expect Apple to introduce attractive offers to boost the sales of this phone , like we recently saw with iPhone 4 8GB, because so many new players have entered the market within last three years since iPhone 4 was launched .
