After the recent launch of Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue, Huawei today announced Huawei mediapad 7 youth which will supposedly be the last member of the popular MediaPad series. This tablet is intended for young users and we are expecting it to be available in India pretty soon.
This device operates on Android jellybean operating system and sports a 7 inch 10 point multitouch display. The resolution and type of display has not yet been specified. It is powered by a dual core processor which is not quite exciting but the clock frequency is quite good at 1.6 GHz. Internal memory is expandable to up to 32 GB with MicroSD support.
This device will be a calling tablet and will have both front facing and back facing cameras whose specifications have not yet been revealed. This tablet is 9.9 mm thick and weighs 350 grams.
Connectivity features include 3G HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps,Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, GPS/aGPS and 3.5 mm audio jack . Another highlighted feature of this device is its 4100 mAh battery which is more than what most other manufacturers offer with this screen size tablets.
Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth will be available for sale soon in 3RD Quarter in Russia, China, Asia pacific, Middle East and Europe. Though not much information is available as of now but the known specifications are enough to keep us excited. Their is no word on pricing of this device yet.
