Micromax has made a name for itself by bringing new smartphone technology faster than other rivals to Indian market. That’s the reason why many of us expected Micromax Canvas 4 to pack a Turbo processor. This did not happen and the launch of Canvas 4 created a ripple of disappointment. It would be higly beneficial for Micromax in restoring its Credibility if it can be the first domestic player to bring in Octa Core device to Indian Market. Micromax Canvas 4 tried to give us Samsung Galaxy s4 like functionality on software front but was far behind with regards to Processor and RAM capacity.

MediaTek will ship first set of Octa core processors to manufacturers by the end of this month. This Octa core chipset MT6592 has scored 30,000 points in AnTuTu benchmark which is by far better than Snapdragon 800 and also beats chipsets like Snapdragon 600 and Exynos 5 Octa.

Amidst Soxy Xperia Z Ultra coming to India next month and Rumors of iPhone 5s, Micromax has a good opportunity to provide us with a device that actually competes with high end rival Smartphones in terms of performance and hardware specifications and regain trust of various disappointed Micromax Fans.
