Sangeetha Mobile Enters North Indian Market With a Franchisee model

Sangeetha Mobiles, a major multi brand mobile retailer in South India, with over 220 stores, will soon enter North Indian Market. The store plans to extend it business to over 300 stores by the end of this year and promises exceptional customer support services.

The new stores of Sangeetha Mobiles will be run on franchisee model. The company will be launching 30 multi brand retail outlets in north Indian region of Haryana, New Delhi and U.P. It will also further extend its reach in south with 100 new retail stores.

To lure in customers, company will offer various incentives in its North Indian stores. It will Offer Add-on insurance, SWIFT, which will safeguard you against mobile thefts and your claim will be processed within 7 working days from the day of claim.

Another valuable customer service offered will be Sangeetha Delight. Under this scheme whenever you have an issue with your device, the company will collect your handset from your residence, support you with a stand by device, take your handset to a service center and then deliver the serviced product to your residence. You can avail this facility any number of times and as an introductory offer this service will be provided free in Delhi. Sangeetha stores will also offer EMI options on any device brought from retail outlet.

The Indian mobile market is now third largest in the world beating Japan marginally. This market will only grow in the near future. Many new players have entered Indian market are offering admirable specifications at competitive prices, but lack in after sales services and customer support.
