Few days after the leaks of Nokia Lumia 2520 Windows RT tablet, Evleaks has now unveiled the next Lumia Smartphone or rather Phablet, Nokia Lumia 1520 in its new tweets. Nokia will officially launch this device at Nokia World in Abu Dhabi next week on 22nd October.
This phone will come with a massive 6 inch AMOLED Full HD 1080 p PureMotion HD+ display which makes it pretty huge. Interesting thing according to the leaked specs is that Nokia has managed to keep the weight 160 grams which is pretty good considering the screen size.
Nokia Lumia 1520 will be powered by MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 processor quad core processor clocked at 2 GHz with Adreno 330 GPU and backed by 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage will be 32 GB and 64 GB in two variants and Nokia will also provide with a MicroSD slot in this device.
The Phablet will allegedly sport a 20.7 MP camera at the back with Carl Zeiss optics and improved panorama mode and Optical Image Stabilization. The camera will come in dual capture mode and will capture 5 MP and 16 MP images.
On the software front this phone runs on Windows Phone 8 O.S. which will come with Windows update 3 out of the box to support the full HD display and Quad core processor. The battery capacity is also massive at 3400 mAh. This phone will also support 4G LTE connectivity.
The phone offers high end specs and a huge display for those who want that kind of display. The thing that will drag it down is the Software, which is much behind the rival Android and iOS and also the pricing. Nokia Lumia 1020 though comes with a great camera has a huge price tag of Rs. 50,000 INR, which just doesn’t work for most people, especially in this fierce competitive market.
