Although Moto X has not yet arrived in India, the next Motorola smartphone, Motorola Moto G, has been teased on twitter confirming its India release as well. The phone will be a cheaper option in place of Moto X and Although the official specs have not been unveiled yet, here is what rumors from substantial sources are saying.
The phone will sport a 4.5 inch display with 720p HD resolution and corning gorilla glass protection. This will give you pixel density of 326 ppi which is equal to Retina display. The phone will expectedly come with Android 4.3 operating system on the software front.
Moto G will be powered by 1.2 GHz Quad core processor from Qualcomm assisted by 1 GB RAM. The internal storage will be 8 GB and this won’t be extendable.
The camera specs aren’t too great either. The primary camera has a 5 MP sensor and will be capable of 720 P HD recording. A front camera of 1.3 MP will also be present for video calling. This low cost sibling of Moto X will be powered by a 1950 mAh Li-ion battery.
The announced of this phone will be made Live online on 13 November across the globe and you can visit Moto G website to sign up for the same. The phone seems to be a budget android phone which will be priced around 15k and will be the first phone from Motorola after Google’s acquisition to come in India.
