The Much awaited Nexus 5 is now available for pre-order on online retailer Snapdeal for a price of Rs. 999. The phone was listed yesterday on Snapdeal, but with a sold out label. Now the phone is available for pre-order and the ecommerce site claims the availability date will be somewhere in the last week of November.
The EMI options are also listed on the link and with 3 months EMI of Rs. 9,666, you will have to shell out Rs. 28, 998 and same is approximately true for other EMI options as well. These prices are similar to what we saw on Play store’s official listing, which is a little surprising. The device is being sold by Tri star and you will get a 1 year warranty as well. We will still have to wait till it is available to be sure on the price.
The Nexus 5 is the only phone for now which comes with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system out of the box. The phone will be powered by 2.3 GHz Quadcore MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB of RAM for all the snappiness you crave.
The display is 4.96 Inches in Size and sports full HD 1080p resolution. The internal storage is 16 GB/ 32 GB and the battery capacity is 2300 mAh. The primary camera sports 8 MP BSI sensor along with Optical image stabilization. For the complete details of specs and a better insight you can read Nexus 5 Quick Review.
The phone was earlier listed on Flipkart via a third party seller for a couple of thousand extra for those who just couldn’t wait to lay their hands on the new Nexus Phone. That listing has now been removed and is replaced by a coming soon tag. You can pre-order it from Snapdeal at Rs. 999, but it will be wise to wait for the pricing details.
