The Intex Aqua Octa which was previously named Intex Aqua i17 in the prototype version, houses the Mediatek true Octa Core chipset, MT6592, with the processing power of 8 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz . The Benchmark scores of the chipset displayed on the Mediatek official website and elsewhere promise optimal performance. The Octa core processor is backed by Mali 450 MP4 GPU (700 MHz), 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is extendable to 32 GB using microSD card.
The display of Intex Aqua Octa is 6 inches in size with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) across it. This gives you 244 pixels per inches, which though is not as sharp compared to high end devices, will be pretty usable. On the software front this phone runs on Android 4.2 jelly bean operating system.
