HP will bring the successor of Slate 21 , all in one PC dubbed as HP Slate 21 Pro to CES 2014 and the Slate Pro will run on Android 4.3 jelly bean operating system. HP will market this device as an everyday working machine with use in education and hospitality sector.
The new HP Slate Pro will be powered by 1.9 GHz quad core Nvidia Tegra 4 processor backed by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The 21.5 inch IPS LCD multitouch display bears 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD).
The HP Slate Pro will also come with an HDMI port which allows it to be used as a display for other devices. You can also use it as a plain old monitor. As for Webcam, you will get a integrated HD front facing camera along with a mic for full HD video calling.
The All in One HP Slate Pro will have 3 USB 2.0 ports, one USB 2.0 Upstream port, one SD card reader. It will also support WiFi connectivity. HP will provide with various apps for this machine along with 50 GB cloud storage.
HP slate Pro will come with business friendly tools like Kingoffice software, Citrix XenMobile and Receiver support, and Skype / HP MyRoom for video conferencing. The All in one PC has been priced at $399 (~ 24,800 INR) and you will also get a keyboard and mouse out of the box.
