Asus has come up with quite a few devices at CES 2014 and this includes 3 Android powered smartphones in the new Zenfone series. The three smartphones have been named Asus Zenfone 4, Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6, the number at the end being in line with the display size.

The Asus Zenfone 4 sports a 4 inch display with 480 X 800 Pixel resolution. The LED backlit IPS display will have pixel density of 233 ppi which is a norm on budget Android phones with 4 inch display. The entire phone has a matte finish and this phone is slightly thick at 11.2 mm.

The processor employed is Intel Atom Z2520 processor with two cores clocked at 1.2 GHz and PowerVR SGZ 544MP2 GPU. The RAM capacity is 1 GB and internal storage is 4 GB. MicroSD support and dual SIM functionality are present in Zenfone 4 apart from 5 MP rear camera (No LED Flash) and a VGA front camera. The Android 4.3 based smartphone is powered by 1170 mAh battery and comes in Black, White, Blue and Yellow colors.

Asus Zenfone 5 adopts the most loved 5 inch display size with resolution pumped up to 720p HD (294 ppi).The chipset is the familiar Z2580 which we have seen in Lenovo K900. The dual core Intel Atom processor is clocked at 2 GHz and assisted by 1 GB RAM along with PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU.

Asus Zen UI is present on top of the Android 4.3 operating system. The internal storage of 4 GB in the dual SIM phone is extendable using microSD support. The 2050 mAh li ion battery is non removable. Camera combination is 8 MP/ 2 MP with LED flash support for the rear camera. Zenfone 5 will be available in Black, White, Red, Blue and Gold colors.

The Zenfone 6 phablet with 6 inch LED backlit IPS display is powered by 2.0 GHz dual core Intel Atom processor backed by PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU and 1GB RAM. Asus will launch 8 GB and 2 GB internal storage variant of this phone with extendable storage.

The battery capacity is 3230 mAh and the battery is non removable. The primary camera has a 13 MP sensor and a front camera of 2 MP is also present for video calling. The phone runs on Android 4.3 based Asus Zen UI and will be available in Black, White, Red and Golden color.
